SELF-CARE 101: THE RIGHT TO EXIST

Hi everyone! 

This post is the first post in our Self-Care series, which is going to particularly cover each of these points in detail every week (and more!). For today, we're going to give all these tips on how people can take care of themselves. Remember during this time of us finally forming something that will be for us and by us, that we need to make sure to practice self-love always.

You have permission to:

1. Put your health before anything/anyone else!

2. Sleep/nap when you need it!

3. Do something that brings you joy

4. Be honest AND vulnerable wITH others

5. Opt in/opt out of harmful conversations, dialogue, explanation of anything

6. Take time alone (or with others) to reflect/journal/share your experiences

7. EXIST
